Elaboration

Manually selected vintage. Once in the cellar, it fermented with its own yeasts in the cold. It is left on its fine lees and has matured in French oak barrels. It has been traditionally clarified. It has a slight filtration before bottling but over time it can give some sediment to the bottom of the bottle.

Tasting note

Bright pale yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, the aromas of white flowers stand out with spicy notes. On the palate, the entry is very fresh and pleasant, thanks to its acidity and low alcohol content. It has a fine, elegant step, it is glyceric. It is a very elegant and balanced white wine.

pairing

Ideal for appetizers and starters based on fish or shellfish, rice dishes or fish dishes with more elaboration. With soft or semi-cured cheeses it will also be a good ally.

Consumption

Service temperature between 4-6 Cº.
The passage of time will enhance its complexity.
